The plan is still a work in progress.
Attendees are asked to bring a potluck dish to share with the group, whether it's a main dish, side dish, salad or dessert. BYO Beverages, but please drink responsibly. Also, please let us know what you will bring when you make your RSVP, so we can avoid duplication.

Saturday, June 13, 11:30 AM to 3:30 PM
Location:
Another sunny beach event! To get our beach back it is important that we keep showing up to get the non-nudists who come to the beach to see they have nothing to fear from us, and that it is okay for us to claim the unused western end of the beach.
The Santa Barbara nudity law remains in effect. Persons removing their swimsuit do so at their own risk. Go as bare as you dare! Your decision, your choice!
Bring your own picnic supplies, chairs, bathing suits and sunscreen.
This party is scheduled for the same day as the Carpinteria Independance parade. Join us at 3:30pm in town to meet the public and prepare for the parade.
Call us at (818) 225-2273 or RSVP to scna@socalnaturist.org.

Coco's Restaurant, 18120 Hawthorne Blvd, TorranceWorld Naked Bike Ride
Saturday, June 27, 11:00 AM to 6:00 PM
Location:
Cost:
This is an SCNA-supported event. Members may wish to participate in an 18-mile ride through Los Angeles where clothing is optional, as bare as you dare.
This year the ride is divided into two parts for those who only want to ride part of the distance. The first loop (approx. 5 miles) will go through downtown LA past some classic landmarks. The second loop (approx. 13 miles) will go along the LA River, up through Silverlake and back downtown along Sunset Blvd.
At the staging area both a body-painting booth and a food truck will be available. Decorate yourself and your bike with signs or sayings reflecting the environmental aspect of the human powered transportation that we're bringing attention to. Bike rentals are available at a discount with DTLA Bikes 425 S Broadway, LA, CA 90013 (213) 533-8000.
The ride will begin at about Noon, so don’t be late!
The goal is to get the message out in a fun way that will bring smiles to un-prepared onlookers as we streak by — so smile back, wave, and spread the message!
Don’t forget to bring several bottles of water, sunscreen, sun glasses, a hat, and optionally a towel to sit on the bike seat. Cameras are also allowed, but it is polite to ask permission before taking someone’s picture.
The exact starting location will be emailed a few days before the event only to those who sign up.
